About Me

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle yet profound whole self therapy that supports your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself.

During a Craniosacral Therapy session clients lie fully clothed (or occasionally sit) whilst I use very light hand contact, often at the head (cranium) and lower back (sacrum). We work together, enabling health to be supported and balance restored.

Many people experience sessions as deeply relaxing and find improvement in a wide variety of symptoms, whether physical, mental or emotional. You might feel wave-like motions, tingling, sleepiness, or occasional slight discomfort whilst things reorganiseand changes occur. I will listen to your body and words attentively, without preconceptions or judgments. Each session is unique, and I hope that you might leave feeling calm yet energised, with perhaps a more connected and holistic flow.

People choose Craniosacral Therapy for a wide variety of reasons; to support and enable health, well-being and relaxation. It is so gentle and non-invasive that it is suitable for all ages, as well as people in fragile or acutely painful conditions.

Try one session and follow your instinct from there. Everyone is unique and the need for a Craniosacral session can depend on a person's current life situation and the demands on their time, energy and resources.

If you ask me for advice, or if I feel something is left unresolved after our session, I will let you know if you might benefit from further Craniosacral sessions in your local area.

I qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist in 2009 (Resonance Trainings). I also taught the Alexander Technique (qualified 2005) for many years at the Cheltenham Ladies College. I am now a self-employed Craniosacral Therapist, Alexander Technique teacher and musician, working with both adults and children locally in Stroud.
